do you share the internet line with other students too?
sometimes it may be because of too many students using the line liao...
that's the main prob of hostel normally..

serene:: if live outside sure better..here is hostel..i guess is like that with three reasons 1. too many students using 2. they are upgrading 3. some this uni's staffs gives low services
